Refund policy

We always hope you will be delighted with your purchase but understand that sometimes things don't work out as anticipated. For those times we offer a straightforward returns service. The return window is within 30 days of the delivery date. If you wish to return your purchase please email info@oliveaura.co.uk and we will provide the return address, to which, we ask, you also add your Olive's Aura order number (e.g.1030) after Olive's Aura. Due to hygiene reasons unfortunately we cannot accept the return of earrings. We ask that you please retain your proof of postage and once we receive your return a refund will be processed.
